Internet marketing is a great business to be in because you can partner with a variety of merchants to promote their products or services, while earning commissions, without having to sell your own products. Selling and promoting your own products can be a hassle. The options are extensive in what you can promote when you’re an affiliate. I’m an affiliate for Promolife, and it’s the perfect fit for one of my sites whose focus is centered around wellness. In fact, “promoting healthy lifestyles” is Promolife’s tagline.
Because Promolife sells so many different products, I’m never at a loss for what I can promote. Promolife’s products are relevant to my niche, and they offer a wide array of health-related accessories and machines, including ozone generators, far infrared domes and lamps, LED light therapy tools, and sauna kits.

Facts About Promolife
Promolife was created on a limited budget in 1999 by Gerry and Yvonne Segal, with an underlying goal to offer exceptional service, education, and products to people looking to improve their health through safe, effective strategies known to increase health.
The Segal’s passion was initiated by their own health struggles caused by inferior eating habits, environmental toxicity, and antibiotic-use. The couple began to see beneficial and notable improvements in their own health after implementing natural techniques, and wanted to share their good fortune with others.
Today, Promolife is a thriving business offering high-quality products to their customers across a wide range of modalities. Environmentally conscious, the folks at Promolife limit their paper use, and recycle their shipping materials. From a home attic to a leading force in the wellness industry, many health practitioners and home users look to Promolife as one of their go to wellness resources.

Pros And Cons Of Being An Affiliate For Promolife
The backbone of any successful affiliate program is the success of the company being promoted. This success lies in superior product performance, customer satisfaction, and customer service. Promolife excels in each of these areas as is reflected in their high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and customer satisfaction that is backed by over 475 verified customer reviews.
Add to this, Promolife’s track record of offering health products and accessories for two decades. The proof is in the customer reviews, which I can attest to personally. I have owned a Promolife generator, along with many accessories, for close to three years. I am also an affiliate for this extraordinary company.
Pros:
✅ Impressive Commissions
Affiliates are offered 5% commissions by default, but can earn up to 10% commissions on select products, such as ozone equipment, ionic foot baths, full spectrum lighting, sunlamps, and fluoride systems. It’s possible to earn 7% commissions on refurbished oxygen concentrators, low flow oxygen concentrators and oxygen tanks.
While this might not sound like a lot in terms of commission earnings, considering many of Promolife’s products fall within the $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 price range, it’s significant.
To give you some perspective, the price tag on a dome sauna is $3,000.00 with Clearlight saunas running anywhere from 4000 to 7,000 dollars. In the past, Promolife only offered flat commission rates. Now more options are available, with the applicable rates being automatically applied whenever a link or banner is clicked.
For instance, if a website visitor buys an ozone generator, along with a facial therapy system, the payout would be a 10% commission on the generators, with a 5% commission on the facial system. All commissions are generated automatically regardless of the commission percentage.
✅ Easy-to-navigate website
Although, Promolife offers a lot of products, their website and the products themselves, are broken down into categories to prevent confusion and overwhelm. There’s nothing more frustrating than trying to find a product to promote on a website that isn’t user-friendly. Or what’s worse is when you can’t locate an affiliate link.
✅ Long Tracking Duration
This feature is really awesome! Let’s say a visitor on your website goes to Promolife’s site, but doesn’t make a purchase. They do however, return months later and buy something. You get credit for this sale, and the resulting commission.
Because of this, you don’t have to stress that your referral will buy from someone else’s link, making you forfeit a commission. Affiliate payout commissions are made every quarter when the balance reaches at least $25.00.
✅ The Ability To Create Your Own Custom Links
I like that it’s possible to create custom links. You can promote specific pages by adding a small piece of code to any page URL.
✅ Banners And Links Are Easy To Use
Promolife’s banner and links dashboard is easy to navigate. While I like the banners that are offered, a few more would be even better.
✅ User Guides And Manual Downloads
Promolife provides user guides and manuals for product specifications and instructions. This is handy in case you want to find out specifics about certain products you’re promoting.
✅ Multiple Linking Options
There are numerous ways to link to Promolife’s website, including banners, text links, or you can generate a generic link to their home page. Or link to individual pages on their website by adding a simple piece of tracking code.
As an added feature, you can create an account with DirectLinks, making it possible to link to any page without adding additional tracking codes. You will, however, have to get your site approved for this service. Upon approval, referrals are tracked as usual.
✅ Easy Tracking Performance
Promolife makes tracking referrals convenient with their reports feature. Access your quick stats, trends report, raw clicks, payouts, and commissions, by clicking the “Reports” icon in the affiliate dashboard. You can also watch an affiliate tutorial video and edit your profile.
Cons:
1. No Live Chat Feature
I love Live Chat and talking to people in real time when I need my questions answered quickly. Although, Promolife has great customer service, they don’t have a live chat feature on their website. You can contact them via email or phone.
2. If The Product Is Returned Within 30 Days, Commissions Aren’t Approved
Commissions are not approved for 30 days in the event a customer returns a product. While this makes sense, it could be disappointing to the affiliate.
3. Promolife Commissions Are Paid Every Quarter
The fact that commissions are paid every quarter, rather than every month, isn’t an issue for me, but may be for others who depend on monthly sales.
As you can see, the pros far outweigh the cons when promoting for Promolife.
Should You Be An Affiliate With Promolife?
Promolife is one of my favorite affiliate merchants, and you can see why by the advantages I’ve listed above. The generous commissions, the great products, and Promolife’s mission of always looking for ways to improve their products makes being an affiliate an enjoyable experience.
The proof is in the customer reviews, which I can personally attest to as I have owned a Promolife ozone generator for three years. The products speak for themselves.

Have you heard of Promolife? Let me know in the comments:)
It’s great to see companies offering 5 percent plus commissions as opposed to the usual 3 to 4 percent. I will definitely be visiting Promolife to see if promoting their products is as user friendly as you say.
Another big plus is the fact that they have long term tracking duration which means you won’t lose the commission if your customer only comes back later to purchase.
That’s right Michel. Long term tracking duration is an impressive feature. Check out Promolife and their products. Thank you!
Hi Holly! Thank you for reviewing Promolife’s affiliate program. As I was reading the commission percentages: 5, 7 or 10%, I thought: “That’s no big deal,” but when I did the math keeping in mind the product prices, I said “Ok, this is a completely different story”.
Having commissions paid every quarter is not a problem for me either. And I really appreciate their site is super easy to navigate.
Yes, the commissions are fair, considering all the products are high-end. The quarterly commissions aren’t a big deal for me either, and I love how well laid out their site is.
This is an interesting blog post – thank you! I love reading about affiliate programs and all the generous offers out there. What would you say would be the best niche to promote Promolife?
I am a Wealthy Affiliate member and can attest to your statements about this awesome program. The training and resources available to affiliates in WA are the best out there!
Any niche in the health and wellness field would be applicable. Isn’t Wealthy Affiliate simply the best. The knowledge and skills that I’ve learned are invaluable. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Nice review here on promolife and what they have to offer in terms of products and affiliate commissions. I must commend you for taking the time to write about this wonderful opportunity to make money through promolife.
One of the things I like about this review is that you are talking from personal experience you have had with the products and program. I will check it out. I have seen this product in the past but never knew there was such a wonderful opportunity for affiliate marketers to make good money.
Thank you. They are an exceptional company.
Sounds like Promolife has a great affiliate program, and the commissions are good. I think their payout procedures are pretty much standard for many affiliate programs. Quick question: If someone signs up as an affiliate with Promolife from your website, does that do anything beneficial for you, or just when someone buys a product? Just curious.
It’s great to find quality companies that offer affiliate programs. It’s a win for them and a win for the affiliates. More companies should do it. Thanks for the info. I’ll look into signing up myself.
Grant
Hi Grant,
Thanks for your comment. Promolife is a great company to buy from and partner with. The payouts are good and the quarterly pay out isn’t a big deal. No, I don’t receive commissions if someone signs up as an affiliate, only if they purchase something.

Indeed, I see that promo life has been a long-lasting business. And any business that has withstood the test of time and is growing is a good business to invest in. Also, considering it’s all about health, it will be easier to make money.
I will give promolife a try following the fact that you get credit for this sale, and the resulting commission, and I don’t have to stress that my referral will buy from someone else’s link, making me forfeit a commission. And I have also seen that affiliate payout commissions are made every quarter when the balance reaches at least $25.
It’s certainly worth a try.
Thank. Yes, Promolife has withstood the test of time!
I really appreciate your carefully explained review on Promolife affiliate program. I am really impressed with their products and their impressive commission of 5% default and 10% on selected products is really cool. Are the quarterly commissions a problem? Great post and good info.
I’ve never heard about this company, which is sad because it looks to be a very good company. The only thing is I’m not in the health niche, and least for now.
It is a bit of a bad point that they don’t pay every month, but you can also look it like this: then every quarter you can have a good bunch of money, no?
Thanks for sharing it, I will check this out!
Yes, quarterly commission payouts aren’t a big deal. Promolife is a great company. Thanks for reading!
